Originally a part-time hobby for owner Sally Hayward, Cracker-Box was officially formed in 2002 and with the help of her husband, Howard, quickly became a full time family business. It is rapidly expanding with new lines being introduced all the time and we now have help from outside the family to cope with demand for our products!
We opened our first shop in May 2008 & this has enabled us to showcase our products and has given us a permanent base from which to work. See Crackerbox Showroom and Shop
Most of our orders come from our website, referrals from satisfied customers and visitors to our exhibition stand at the National Wedding Show, local Wedding Fairs and lately from visitors to our new retail unit.
We provide a highly personalised service going to great lengths to meet individual requirements, with qualiity of our products and customer satisfaction our top priorities.
Our wedding crackers and other original favours are extremely popular and visitors have the opportunity to view a large selection of our products when we exhibit these twice a year at The National Wedding Show held in March and October at the N.E.C. in Birmingham. If you prefer to have a go at creating your own favours there is also the opportunity to buy the items you need to make them, from our stand at the show, or you can order from us after browsing our website or visit our shop.
As well as supplying individual customers, Cracker-Box has also had many orders from corporate clients, including The Holiday Inn, BUPA, BD-NTWK, The Very Nice Company, Versatility In Print, Mr Bubbles Big Balloon Company, John Lewis and West End Studios.

One of our more unusual requests from a customer came in November 2007; we were asked by a marketing agency if we could produce a giant cracker to be used by the City of Glasgow Chorus, as part of their publicity campaign, for their aptly named "Christmas Cracker Concert"!
After a lot of effort and hard work we managed to produce an ENORMOUS cracker which measured 8ft x 2 ft and pictures of this were featured in The Glasgow Evening Times and our local paper, the Redditch Advertiser.
